How can I subscribe to the print JCDA?

Answer

The 2011 subscription rates (in Canadian dollars) for JCDA, Volume 77 are

Canada:  $112.38 plus tax* (GST/HST R106845209)

United States: $156.00

International/Overseas:  $260.00

The print JCDA is published in English and French  6 times per year. All subscriptions begin in January and end in December of the calendar year.  New subscriptions that begin after January are pro-rated to reflect the remaining number of issues.

How can I comment on an article or submit a Letter to JCDA?

Answer

We welcome feedback from readers about any articles or material that appears in JCDA. You can submit your feedback directly on jcda.ca via the online ‘Comments’ section found at the end of each article.

You can also submit a formal Letter to the Editor, which should be no more than 500 words.

Readers can submit Letters by email to: JCDA@cda-adc.ca. Letters can also be mailed to: Canadian Dental Association, 1815 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1G 3Y6

NOTE: All statements of opinion and supposed fact are published on the authority of the author who submits them and do not necessarily express the views of JCDA or the Canadian Dental Association.

Comments submitted in response to articles may also be published in the print JCDA.

How can I reprint or republish articles from JCDA?

Answer

JCDA is generally more than happy to grant reprint permissions, however in all cases a written request must be provided. We also ask that full citation of the original article is also published.

Please email reprint permission requests to: rgalipeau@cda-adc.ca. Requests can also be sent by mail to Rachel Galipeau, CDA Publications Coordinator, 1815 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, ON, K1G 3Y6

Please specify the reference details of the requested material, the intended use of the material and the name of the publication where the reprinted material will appear.

NOTE: All accepted manuscripts and their accompanying illustrations become the permanent property of the Canadian Dental Association, owner and publisher of JCDA, and may not be published elsewhere in full or in part, in print or electronically, without written permission from the Canadian Dental Association.
